In this class, we focus on developmental milestones, social interaction, and foundational skills through play-based activities and gymnastics. Specific areas include gross motor skills (such as crawling, walking, and climbing), fine motor skills (such as grasping and manipulating objects), and sensory

exploration, and social-emotional development through interactions with other children and adults. This helps prepare them to be on their own in the next class.


*This is a parent participation and hands-on class.

In this class, we focus on foundational skills in gymnastics needed on each event. We work on developing gross motor skills (such as jumping, skipping, hopping), fine motor skills (such as grasping and manipulating objects), sensory exploration, listening, following directions, and social-emotional development through interactions with other children and preparing them for the next level and school.

In this class, students build a strong foundation in essential gymnastics skills across all events. Our curriculum emphasizes the development of key skills on Floor, Beam, Vault, and Bars. This well-rounded approach prepares athletes for continued progress into our Recreational or Pre-Team programs while also supporting readiness for school and other structured learning environments.
